Terra Office Victoria Island (Main Office) has a built-in area of 25000 sq. Ft. spread on 2 floors. Terra Office Port Harcourt (Location II) has a built-in area of Esq 25000 sq. Spread on 2 floors. Terra office at Eket has build-in area of 35000sqft.
All the three locations have well-equipped Customer space with Broad band connection and are provided with Conferencing Facilities and Review Centers.

Terra has well organized Communication Facilities such as dedicated broadband across LAN/WAN,

E-Mail facility, Audio/Video Conferencing Facilities for Customer Communication and transfer of deliverables to Customer through FTP Server. Terra has various engineering software in house some of which are acquired on lease depending on projects.

Terra has a well-stocked Library which stocks major Industry Magazines, Latest Codes & Standards and Reference Books.

Terra has a well organized Document Control Centre which controls movement of all incoming and outgoing documents and stores documentation of current contracts both in hard copies and soft copies.
